Your safety and comfort are very important to us.That’s why we go through a rigorous process of selecting only the best drivers that the island has to offer.
Registration is mandatory for all CoolRyds drivers. While our transporters can register for accounts through the app, they must be approved by a very selective
recruitment team.Drivers are required to be licensed by the Transport Authority and must have the same qualification and are held to the same standards
as drivers operating in the island’s Tourism and Hospitality industry. Our security team does routine checks of drivers’ vehicles, insurance and police records
to identify and exclude those who pose the slightest risk to all parties.We endeavour to make your Ryd as hassle-free as possible! You won’t have to worry about
paying our drivers in cash.Once your Ryd is complete, you tap the payment button on the app and the card on your account will be charged. Your driver will then be
notified that payment has been made.
